The August Style of the Month may be just the hybrid style you’re looking for.
The Loose Graphic style was created at the request of an IAS client that provided a style reference that didn’t quite fit into either the Graphic or Loose style.
“When we do graphic, it’s usually tight and clean, but this style has some looseness. It’s quicker to do, but it still has some edge to it, which differs from our regular loose style. Also, the colors are monochromatic and simpler than the regular loose color,” said Kaz Tabuchi, one of the L.A. artists that worked on the project.
